Got my SE King Cab w/off road/towing/4x4 packages the 1st of March, 17,000 miles ago and the only problems has been the lumbar lever has broken off twice.  Finally figured it out, the seat belt sometimes catches the lever and if you open the rear door, the belt breaks the lever, installed last one backwards and no problem since.

Only real issue I have had is the brakes - gotta get those fixed up. Everyone says that the fix is minor - my truck is really starting to shake and shimmy.

I have had no problems with my 2004 Titan.  She was born on 09/01/04.  I picked her up on 09/11/04.

I have one of the early trucks. Only issues were radio (replaced) and my rear window had a very small leak(replaced).

Nothing major, just the brakes were bad on it. That got replaced, and dealer covered it. They did it also very quick, I dropped off the car at 1 PM and picked it up at 5. Last time i had my Trans Am to get the brakes changed, they took like a day and a half (of course, this was in a pontiac dealership, not nissan) hehhee. So i'm very happy with the service they have showed so far!!!

Also they hooked me up with 6 oil changes for $60 dollars. Which is great when you consider how expensive they are without the coupons.

Approaching 6K, all points check clear. Good to go.

Except the gas issue, but that another topic.

What are these brake problems people are referring to. "shaking"? You are  not referring to "warping" are you. Brake rotors don't warp. It's an uneven build up of material on the rotor and pads. Its cause from not breaking in (or bedding) brakes and rotors.

If it's something else please speak up. I'm about to pull the trigger on an 04.
