Hello all, I just purchased my 2004 Titan last week and so far I love it. I have a Crew Cab, silver with the bench seat option and the off road, rockford fosgate, towing and bed utility package. I love the silver color with the two tone interior.
I have purchased the huskyliners for the floors, but they have not arrived yet. I have also ordered a 2.5 inch leveling kit from Daystar. I will have this installed next week. Also I am looking at increasing the height and width of my tires. BF Goodrich has a 315 series tire (285 on it now) that is two inches taller and one half inch wider. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions about this. Also, do I need an alignment after the install of the front leveling kit?
Thanks for the info. This site has been great to find out info on my new titan!

2.5" will not fit 315's, unless you wanna do some grinding of your subframe and chop the inner fenders. i am new to the scene here, but have been working directly with nissan on developing new and better kits than what are currently on the market. we took a titan up 4.5" today in the front and the 315's still didnt fit...though they could with trimming. i will keep you posted as we are making modifications to the lift height and tire swap.

Hey all- New guy here. We have been working with Nissan dealerships around the country over the past few months and are ready to bring some suspension products to mass production. So far we have been selling leveling kits that lift the front 2"...I am sure you are all aware by now that the OEM struts cannot handle the spacer between the coil and top plate. We have new leveling kits ready that go on top of the top plate and include longer studs. We also have a preload spacer that may be bought seperately for 1" of front lift. Here is what we are really after. We just tried bringing a Titan up 4.5" via coil spacers a few days ago and ran into problems with the a-arms hitting the top of the strut tower. A redesign has been done and we are looking for a Titan and an Armada to test and run our new 3.5" suspension kit. 315's / 35's can fit under this setup, though a good deal of cutting would have to take place. A 305 or 295 is your best bet. Who ever shoots us the first emails will get the kits at material cost for the testing, and have them in their hands very soon. Send all emails to: www.info@nitrousenterprises.comThis is just the beginning, we have a lot coming for all of you...lata. TK

I would be interrested in a lift that was offered by the manufacturer that would not void any warranty. I just had the daystar lift put on and I do not notice any difference in handling or ride, but I do notice a small knocking noise when I go over any bumps. Is this normal, or should I take it back to the guy who put it on?
Thanks, Rick
