FYI-

Those of you who have responded regarding interest in the NE kit...I just wanted to let you know that we have changed our design to take the VERY SMALL preload spacer out of the equation.  Though when tested there was not a problem with the OEM shocks, we have decided keeping everything above the stack is the best route.  Kits will be shipping soon...thanks all!

nooooooooooooooo  do not use daystar. thjere have been lots of problems. and the knock yea thats bad. 90% of the people i have talked to said there struts have failed due to the daystar lift. my best thing to tell u is take it off now before u pay more money soon and the struts run like over a 100 a piece. here is two leveling kits that u should look into becasue they fit on top of your struts in stead between the srpings.

I can never understand why a company keeps selling a product if it causes damage.

Fix it or pull it off the shelf

Daystar kit ruins struts!!!!! Please check this site out and get in touch with PrerunnerGreg! He makes a level kit that does not ruin struts! Trust me I had Daystar kit in and blew out 2 struts! This new kit is in called PRG leveling kit made by Gagnon motor sports trust me this one works! Daystar puts stress on spring and length of strut. Go to www.titantalk.com/forums

I am currently scheduling an appointment to take the daystar kit off.  When I called the dealer, they state that the product is not defective and they can not give my money back.  Also they did not keep the packaging or the original parts for my truck (I guess I should have asked for them).  So I will have paid to put the kit on, take it off, and re-alignment twice and possible re-buying the hardware.  This sucks.  I probably should have just purchased a lift kit instead.  I just did not want to put 6 inches of lift.( sorry about the whining).  I hope this has saved someone from installing the POOR leveling kit from DAYSTAR.  Rick

For those looking to upgrade from the stock tires on the stock 18's without modifying their suspension I found that Nitto Terra Grappler 325/60-R18 tires fit WITHOUT rubbing anything on the front.  Keep in mind that they will run flush with the fenders (up front it doesn't matter since the wheel wells don't go any further up behind the sheetmetal)...i.e., I haven't fully loaded the bed of my CC, 4x4 with 1000+ pounds yet with respect to the rear clearance.  Street traction has improved, off-road traction much improved over the crappy OE 265 SRA's, wet traction improved, acceleration not affected much (due to added weight/rotational mass).  Trying 325/65-R18 tires would probably cause rubbing on stock suspension setup.  The new tires look pretty sweet on the stock suspension setup.
