I just had my 2004 brakes done for the second time yesterday, every 4,000 miles you can count on it. I am now on a waiting list for the new 2005 ones to eliminate the problem, my dealer told me I'd need to get on the list.  I'm kinda ticked as I specfically asked about the brakes before we bought it, I was assured mine would be fine....wrong.  But so far they are taking care of them, but it's a hastle and I want them done right.  How about the rear on 2004, they should also be upgraded, correct?

hey guys, there is a stcky topic on the problems/technical called brake issues. It will help everybody that has upcoming problems and arbitration/ lemon law cases if we get organized and try to keep it under one topic. I just had an arbitration hearing against Nissan on Tuesday. And all the preperation with info from this forum definitely came in handy. There is also a post with the NHTSA website to file complaints against Nissan and hopefully get them to take some action.

I had an arbitration hearing on Tuesday and according to Nissan they are only in limited supply, translation the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Fortunately for you guys I won't be needing a set Nissan is having to buy my truck back! Good luck.

Limited supply until supply meets with the demand.
