For some of us, the nearest dealer is along way out of the way. To take it by there is takes alot of time and hassel. To get a ride is a major undertaking.

Sounds like Hendo is getting the runaround.

It also sounds like
they didn't give him the improved rotors and improved pads.

You either need to pressure the service manager or get on a list so that
when the new parts kit comes in, they reserve one for you. At least
until the vendor can keep up with demand.
