You're talking about something totally different.  Mine is a whistle from under the hood.  It can't be coming from the speakers when the radio is off.

Well my buddy works for Nissan and that has been what the issue is, i dont think i am talking about anything different. It sounds like exactly what i am talking about. Mine does the same thing, even with the radio off. And yes even with the radio off it will still make the same noise. We are talking about a bad ground here. Not to mention when i shut off my engine my gages will tweak out and move on me after i turn the key off. This one time i filled my tank and the gage still showed a quarter of a tank, it finally went up to full after a while. I will ask my buddy again about the noise.

there's a post related to that issue last year. maybe it would help. if its a grounding issue they suggest to add a #4 ga. wire parallel to the existing ground. i'll do mine this sat. tell u if it works
