I have an '04 Titan XE. I pulled out of my driveway this morning and heard this long weird beep I have never heard before and the tire low pressure indicator light was on.
I looked at the tires and they all look the same and fine.
Anyone else had this happen? Could this be indicating a problem elsewhere?
Thanks,
Tom

I've had mine come on. The RF was low due to a nail. Nice to see this seems to work properly.
Even with the key chime pulled. (someone for some reason associated the two)

You need to fill them up to 35lbs when the tires are COLD!!

This tire pressure monitoring system, in my opinion, is too sensitive. I had it come on in the winter due to atmospheric temp. changing the air pressure. Nice to see it works though.

I've never ever had mine come on. I've got aftermarket rims now and I don't even have the sensors in the new wheels and haven't seen it come on.

I have aftermarket wheels on and the light comes on when going on a trip of about 50 miles or so. It goes off after I restart the truck.

well mine came on for the first time.....doesn't bother me though....it's not in a prominent position on the dash.
Also...even if I had placed the senors on the tire...by the time they reached the desinated PSI to set them off....my tire would be flat......45 series at 50 psi.....so not much would be left.
