well, it comes with all the basic stuff, but i dont like the look of wires coming out of the back of the lights, so i got some small wire loom to put in the wire holes on the lights, looks much cleaner that way, but u dont have to do that, otherwise the kit comes with everything u need to install the lights

lol yea they are, lites made by optitronics, found em at the local advance auto parts, easy install, have em running to the IPDM on the taillight circuit
