I have read the posts about the fading and just general problems with the Rckford Fosgate System.  Well I have officially own my Titan for two weeks now and I can definately say that the Rockford Fosgate SUCKS!!  As someone said in a post, it really sounds like you are listening to an AM station.  Terrible job Nissan!!  I have the same fading and low volume sound as all of you.  If you turn on the SSV feature it sucks and if you turn it off it sucks.  It is either to much BASS or not enough, or it is real tinny sounding.  The CD is better but not what I expected.  I actually picked the Truck I got for the Rockford PKG.  I know that seems dumb but it is very important to have a great sound system in a vehicle.

What the heck can we do?

Instead of just complaining and stating that is sucks you should get involved in the changing process. Contact Nissan and let them know how you feel only it would be wise to do so in a more constructive way. Believe me they are looking for input as to the problems that consumers are experiencing, but if you don't put forth the effort to contact them and explain the problem, then you can never expect for a solution to be reached.

Also from my own experience, the folks at Nissan have really bent over backwards to try to come to a solution on any problem I have had in the past. If you work with them, then they work with you.
