Thanks again for all the info. Luckily I was able to remove the panel w/o having to disconnect any of the wires. The only other thing I had to do to get to the screws that were holding my old unit to the dash was to remove the 4 screws to the CD player. I let it drop down about 4 inches and that gave me enough room to work with a screwdriver to change out my Sirius receiver....piece of cake....cept I dropped one of the CD player screws down in the dash ...GRRRRR ...hope it dont rattle for eternity....keep on truckin.
