i have the truxedo lo profile soft cover, and it works with the utilitrac system.  it clamps into the utilitrac, so some options aren't as useful, like the bed extender.  you can't flip it because of the rails for bed cover.  but, it goes on easy, is only about 1 inch above the bed, and locks in so if you lock the tailgate, you can't open the cover.
