Well I gave it my best effort today, applying a base coat of Z1 and 2 coats of Z2...Altogether I used numerous gallons of elbow grease, 2 separate microfiber application cloths, and 2 full size cotton bath towels (for buffing), not to mention the hassle of having to wash AND dry my truck before applying the polish...The end result is nice, maybe even ever so slightly better / shinier than what I achieved using Dri-WashnGuard.
Now maybe the Zainos will protect better or last longer, only time will tell, but judging solely on the shine, I would have to say that after I use the rest of these 2 bottles, I will prolly return to using Dri-WashnGuard. On my truck atleast, its shine is comparable to Zainos, with 1/4 the time/effort...it cleans and polishes in one easy step, with no water, no drying, and NO WATER SPOTS. In between uses of DWnG I will use Meguiars Final Detail spray. ...now if I could just find an easier method for cleaning the white letters on my tires...lol

I used to be a slave to Zaino when I first bought my Z-28 in '96. It is BLACK and required a lot of time and effort keeping it clean. I was impressed with the gloss and it required NO effort to remove bugs. Time passed and after a couple of years I lost interest in the every weekend effort to keep that thing shining.
Glad my Titan is white. I'll just protect the paint with a good wax and wash it every week or so. Right now it's filthy, but you can't tell it.

Since my last post I have applied a 3rd coat of Zainos. It rained today and the water beads like nothing else I've ever seen. I swear the beads of water look like they are taller than they are wide. And I will admit the shine is very good, is just a lot more work than DriWashnGuard. While the truck is new I prolly will continue the Zainos...esp if the shine holds up well. Anyone that is considering Zainos and is willing to put in the effort, I reccommend giving it a try. If you want a really good shine for the least amount of effort...go with DWnG.

Does anyone use it, or am I just completely ignorant to waxes?
Come on be honest

Puffman-
Westleys bleach white seems to work on the white letters.

I think you'll be impressed. Zaino has been the choice for Porsche clubs for a long time, and now this is becoming the most popular.. I think it is a product used by the military on aircraft windsheilds and surfaces.
