Took mine in for a squeaking passenger seat and after they screwed that up (see squeaking passenger seat post) I just had them fix the brakes while they were at it.  Never gave me any hassle and the brakes feel great now.

let me correct the last post the bulletin is 04-066b. this is the one where you turn rotors on the veh and measure runout. if runout is to much replace rotors with new member kits, bolts and pads after this i have had no one complain about the brakes. but it seems the only way this works properly is changing the rotors. they are not drilled or slotted. but do seem to have fixed the problem

From one who sells aftermarket brakes...don't waste your money on slotted or drilled rotors. This will not cure your problem. And drilled are only a disaster looking to happen on a heavy vehicle. You won't do any harm with the slots but it will not make your titan into a race car. Even with zinc plating...

Aftermarket bling crap is only a step away I suspect. Once they find out you'll buy it.

Having to pay for new brake pads and getting rotors turned at 30K miles is just plain wrong. With so many people reporting in, it's obvious that these front brakes are a manufacturer defect. If my dealer doesn't replace the rotors and pads free of charge, I will put signage on my vehicle reccomending that people not purchase these trucks. It also developed a transmission seal leak.

I'm giving Nissan one more chance. I traded my 04 for an05 today (along with a couple of grand). The 05's have fins on the rear differential to keep them cooler (some have failed due to overheating). I will definitely let y'all know if the 05's still have the warping rotor syndrome. Guess this time I'll know to expect to replace pads on the front at 25K miles. Read something about ceramic pads today. I'll be looking into those.

I'm not a glutton for punishment, I just like the overall performance of the Titan compared to the Fords I've owned.

By the way, I read that the Tundras have had some front rotor problems also.
