This is a safety problem. They must fix this immediatly when reported. They know that it is a problem because there was 3 other Titans in the shop for the same thing. They have to put you in a rental for this. They told me I could stay in my truck if I signed a waiver stating that Nissan would not be held responsible if I was in a wreck and the passenger in that seat was hurt.

Guess what, I was in a rental 28 days waiting for them to fix it. Seems it was back ordered (high demand)

do they really have to put you in a rental?  Is this a dealer rule or a federal rule....mine is going in tomorrow for this and I want to bring up the rental car idea to them.....

I think that recall is for the rear right & left seatbelts. As far as I know they have not recalled the rear center belt yet.

My rear middle seat belt just got replaced. I found that after using a car seat for my kid that when you pull the seat belt all the way out that is when you try to use it again it will not come out. You have to then push on the seat belt hard enough back to where it releases again. Hope its fixed when I get my truck back from 2 weeks in the service dept.

You guys aren't alone. My center seat belt in the rear won't come out at all. My front brakes are shot at 30K miles and the tranny has developed a leak also. Dealer doesn't want to fix the brakes. He's in for one heck of a fight! And to think they could have converted this Ford F-150 loyalist to Nissan. I think I'll trade in and try the Tundra. I don't have time to deal with warranty issues.

My Titan has a locking rear center seat belt also this is very annoying since we have a baby and my wife sits in the back in the center seat and cannot wear a seat belt.  If anything happens I will sue these bums.  Scheduled for service 3/16 so we wil see what happens.

My rear middle seat belt was replaced without question. I works great now. Now for the 10 other problems that still need fixed.

Well you can add me to the list.  When I took it in the 2nd time for new brakes again, I am finally told I had to be put on a waiting list for the "right type" of brakes, still waiting.

When I told them about the seat belts, rear center is locked so can't be used, both rear sides can be used but lock up. And the front passenger locks too, they tried to tell me it was normal.  Does anyone know of any printed material from Nissan I can show my dealer? I am not going to put up with this, they did not want to replace them.

Dan what other problems have you had?

with all the issues I don't have any seatbelt problems. I always get a loaner. All you need to do is ask for one.
