Tell them to call Concord Nissan in Charlotte, NC. That's who did mine and that's all they charged me. Call a couple of different dealerships in the area. Try and stop in once in awhile for something and it is easier to get stuff done by them later on.

It is probably staying on because you never had the radio light rest and now it is throwing a code for it. If you talked to the dealership about it already then call another one to fix that under warranty. Just tell them the radio light never came on if they asked. Then the refash is a warranty issue not your issue.

The light below the radio is on, when passenger seat is empty. Turns off when passenger seat has more than 60 pounds in it. The light on the dashboard (srs) will flash or stay on if your truck has thrown a code. Which has to be reset by dealer.
Disconnect the battery, then unplug any airbag sensors or lights.

Just had mine installed this past week. Purchased the Pioneer avic n1 unit and so far works better than I had anticipated. Took my Titan on a road trip and was able to use every function (dvd, navigation, t.v. tuner, radio, cd) exept for the rear camera (will add that later). Had to purchase the factory dash panel along with the metra dash kit (pocket and filler) but fits perfectly. For those who have had problems with the airbag sensor/light, I got this FAQ from another Titan forum that might help, worked for me and didn't have to take it back to the dealer to reset the sensor. Will post pics once I take some.
To reset the dash airbag sensor, please follow these steps:
- Turn ignition switch from off to on
- Within 1 second after the aribag light starts to flash---immeditely turn the ignition off
- After ignition is off, wait for more than 5 seconds
- Then repeat steps 1 through 3---do all steps 3 times
- Turn the ignition on, and the airbag sensor should go off and not flash anymore

Where did you buy it, how much, who installed it,
I have seen it on ebay etc. for 1400 or so, but I figure it's got the old maps and such.
