Well since my last post i am now at 4150. Everything id the same as day 1 so far. I'm not sure if its the same plastic piece, but i had a loose when when I first got it. It was missing a bolt. they put one back in and all was good.

I'm up to 200 now! This is since picking it up this past Sunday night. I plan on cruising around in it quite a bit this coming weekend so maybe I'll double this by next Monday!
A lot of my co-workers have been quite impressed with this truck especially for what you get for the $$$$. I've been noticing a few Chevy, Ford, and Toyota owners taking a 2nd look at stoplights or when I pass them on the highway. It's great!!

i was at a restaraunt the other night, a door man liked the truck very much. Asked me to go take him to look at it and everything. He told me he was previously a salesman for ford. He was rather impressed by the truck and said he liked it better than the f150.

I only have about 250 miles so far, but I'll be driving it for about 10 hours this weekend on a trip. Will let you know how things go. As far as problems. The driver side window lock button keeps sticking when I lock the doors. Its a clearance problem between the button and the housing (minor problem). I get alot of brake dust on the rims, but have found the offroad wheels easy to clean. I'm happy to report that the Titan fits in my garage (barely). I'm VERY happy with the truck, but I've noticed wind really blows it around on the highway. If the pavement is grooved, it seems to "wander" a bit left and right with the big offroad tires. I'm beginning to get the hang of using the two mirrors on the tow package, so changing lanes isn't as scary. I wish the tailgate wasn't so heavy. It seems way overbuilt and heavy for the rest of the truck. I've noticed that if you let the tailgate drop, even the slightest, the entire bed moves under the weight of the tailgate itself. I'm not sure why Nissan made it so heavy. Don't get me wrong, I love the truck thus far. I get alot of people inquiring about how I like it.

i am now on the cusp of hitting 1000 miles, still no problems, and i love the heavy tailgate, call me weird, just a mental thing. i too have noticed that when the tailgate is dropped even from just a few inches from fully open it does move the whole back end of the truck. oh well nature of the beast! anyheww i absolutely love the truck. i too have had many heads a turnin just to take a look especially from other truck owners. i have to laugh to myself when i pull up along side new dodge rams, new f150s, new tundra doublcabs, and new chevy silverados, and know that i've got the most bang for my buck as well as a truck that looks badass. i can't wait to lift it. now if gas prices would just come down a bit...
