Well. I FINALLY got the fix today !!  Had the rotors cut twice since 1st reporting it in December.  Then told them that the vibration was so bad that my wife thought it was dangerous and wouldn't drive it.....They bumped me to the top of the list.....I was about 4th and had been waiting 3 weeks..........I will report here periodically and tell everyone how it is working out.........Any questions ASK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brakes faintly started at 3000 mi. but i knew it was coming so i called 1 800 nissan1 and started a claim after the dealership told me i had to have my brakes cut 3 times. Nissan called me back and told me its all good and to call the service manager and set up an appointment. Before I had a chance the dealership called me and I had the new rotors installed the next day. Be sure to mention the titan forums. That might have made a difference.

I have about 6K miles on my new rotors and they still seem good....even after a 1400 round trip thru the mountains.  I have 20K on my truck now.

Just FYI, I didn't read the entire 17 pages but thought I'd tell you my experience.

Just had my rotors turned for the second time and asked if there was a permanent fix yet.  There is but the dealers have been asked to turn the rotors twice before replacing them on the third time.  The new rotors handle the heat better which was the problem in the first place so hopefully mine will become warped again soon so I can just get it over with.

Sorry again if this is a repeat...too many pages of brake issues

my crappy nissan dealer told me that I was abuseing the brakes and that they were not going to warranty them.... now I'm out of factory warranty.  I hope the extented warranty will cover the upgrade !!!

I even tried the cross driled and slotted roters with no luck.  I gear down at every chance I get to avoid useing the brakes at all!!!

why would you put after market stuff on your vehicle then expect them to honor a warranty.  Never let big business push you around.
