At the first sign of brake judder and steering wheel vibration, I took my truck to the dealer and they told me they had the "brake upgrade" parts and will take care of it. I asked about the "turning the rotors twice before upgrading" and they said that was old information and they have been instructed to upgrade on the first complaint. This was two or three weeks ago...

Cool thanks for the update, it has been more than 2 or 3 weeks since I talked to the dealer.

Well, I've had one "repair" and after 4K it's starting back up again.  Guess it's going back in next week.  I hope I get the new rotors this time.  Gonna get em to fix my window motors too.

As far as having two collisions, I never had a stopping problem with the shudder and I'm not the most passive driver .  One collision I could see you having a case, but two???  You shoulda figured out how to drive it after the first one or taken it in if the brakes were really the problem.  Sorry if it sounds kinda harsh, but I really don't believe the brakes were the problem based on my experience with em.

Thanks for the advise,  Every truck drives different along with every driver, truck has been in the shop and maybe this type of truck is one not to be sold till completely corrected and should have a recall for all that have been sold

Hi all this is my first post.  I have an 05 KC 4x4 and had the brakes replaced at 6k miles with the upgrade kit (new rotors/pads).  So far so good...but the brake pedal still can be pushed all the way to the floor board.  The brakes work fine, but I don't like the fact that I can push the pedal all the way to the floor.  Do all the Titans do this?  Thanks.
