Going back for the 5th time today for the very same problem. Come on man, 4 times. Good Lord!!!!!     Has anyone ever had to call Nissan on help with issues of this status, and if you have, were they good at resolving them? I'm at the end of my rope here.

I have called twice. Both times they call your dealer and try to get you some type of answer. I will say that when I called about my brakes being on back order and the truck shuddering when applying the brakes my parts magically arrive at the dealer the next day. I told them I would be sending them a rental car bill the shuddering was so bad. The daeler even commented that it was far worse than when they had seen it 3 weeks prior

Thanks for the info. It makes me feel alittle bit better, and also sorry to hear that you are having bad luck too.  They mentioned sending a "specialist" to assist the dealership in finding and repairing the problem. I can only hope that it works.

To other readers on this forum: Don't get me wrong, I still love my Titan. I even anticipated having small problems being it is a totally new design and a first year truck. "Usually" when you have trouble with a vehicle you take it in for service, it gets repaired, and you go on about your business. I myself have to also take into mind that this is a farely new animal to the Nissan service techs.

Have they extended the drain line for the a/c that is coming through the firewall?

If not that is your problem. It can be fixed in about 10 minutes

They put a new drain line on it, took all of the seats out of it,pulled all of the carpet out of it,sprayed some kind of sealer on the outside of the firewall, siliconed every spot where water may be coming in including every bolt. But I can drive it to  or back from work, reach under there put my finger in between the foam gasket and the drain line, and water runs down the back of my hand.

Carry this drawing to the tech (supposed tech) and see if it will open his eyes to what is going on. If the foam is still getting wet they apparently didn't extend the right tube.

I called corportate Nissan and asked when a professional fix for this problem would be available. Although mine is fixed with 1/2" clear vinyl tubing routed from the firewall to the fenderwell, I would prefer for it to look "factory" since I paid $25,000 for this vehicle and it is clearly a design defect.

They said they have never heard of this issue. There are hundereds of cases of this on the numerous titan sites, I can't beleive they have never heard of it.

GOOD LUCK!!

I have also been in touch with Nissan, and they are supposedly sending a "specialist" to assist with the repair. That was last Monday and yet no word from them.

They haven't heard of it because they obviously don't know how to fix it.

Thanks for the help again
