The owners manual lists the hauling capacity at 1000 lbs (ie putting stuff in the bed).  Any easy ways to up this number?  Is the limitation the softly sprung leaves out back?

Seems like a couple of air bags (firestone air springs) could easily be installed and greatly incrrease the hauling capacity.

Ideas?

Thanks for the clarification, but the question still stands.

I haven't loaded up the titan yet, so I couldn't comment from personal experience...but does the titan have much squat when loaded?

Maybe something aloong the line of the "super duty"...http://www.aztrucks.com/Category.asp?product=138
