My new Titan King SE now has 1250 miles.  And what a ride!  It left my 1999 Silverado in the dust.

But, I have a few issues/questions.  Perhaps some of you can help.

1. I noted in the owners manual that there is a sliding tray pictured inside the center console.  Seems to be able to hold spare change and provide storage above the console cavern.  My dealer says he has never seen a Titan with the tray.  Anyone know about that?

2. My rig has the Utili-Track system.  I would like to find some kind of cover for the bed tracks - when I am not using the track system (keep debris out of the track).  Anyone know where I might find something?

3. I would like to find a more affordable fog light that would mount in the factory holes.  Any suggestions.

4. Any recommendations about tonneau covers and/or bed caps would be appreciated.

5. I have added the Lund In-Channel window visors - a good product that allows the window to be opened a bit without during rain/snow and prevents water from falling inside.

Up to this point, I have had only one problem with Titan - the clock on the radio did not display.  This was promptly handled by the dealer.  Other than that, the Titan has been rock solid.  I am glad I own one and I am delighted that this forum is here.

Welcome to the forum!

Sorry i cannot give any input/advice to you, but i would like to know how you like those in-channel visors? I want them also, any problems? How do they stay in place?

Thank you

Johnboy

Hi Johnboy,

I bought the Lund - the install was quick and easy and after a week - no problems.

They recommend dry fit first (I agree), then insert the visor and roll the window up and down several times, then leave the window up for 72 hours.

So far they have performed flawlessly.  I recommend them.

I've got the "in- channel" type, but mine do not use any tape, they just snap up in the channels and stay put....mine work good too, I like them.

Hi Johnboy,

Yes, there is a piece of double sided tape that secures the visor to the inside of the window frame.  The closing of the window "seats" the tape to the inside window frame.

It is a slick look.
