I have 2200 miles on my 2004 - have been reading these forums about rattles, rotors, etc.

Brought the truck in to have some dash rattles checked - they put a "rattle kit" to the dash - Christ, it's tighter than a drum. Also, noticed a little bit of a shimmy while braking - front rotors turned, new parts installed in accordance with the TSB. Had a 4 lo light flashing at 20 MPH and under - sensor replaced under TSB. New rear seat belt harnesses -- IAW TSB. Total labor (under warranty) was $970.

Drove the truck last night and again this morning in the cold, when it traditionally rattled.

I am driving a new truck! 110% better all around. - Jim

Good for you, man!!!  Sounds like you have a good dealer that knows what's going on with these trucks and care's about their customers.  Care to tell us who your dealer is??

Rick

Something the dealers have that is applicable to any vehicle.
