These throttle body spacers I see advertised, are they basically trying to "spin the air" like the Tornado fuel saver claims to? Is there any reason why one would be any better than the other? I mean the tornado thing sounds like a gimmick to me, is the TBS just hype too?

I was wondering the same thing and I'm thinking about ordering one soon. How does it come off are there only the four screws and it pops off and in goes the spacer ?

I read a thread awhile back about the spacers, many were dyno tested and they did absolutely nothing. It was stated that they were a waste of money. Has anyone had different results.

2 mpg?..Seriously? ..With the ever increasing price of gasoline, a 2 mpg improvement would be far from worthless, IMHO. That would be my main reason for considering a TBS. I dont tow anything with my Titan, and it has more than enough power for me already.

For $90, I may give it a try.
