Hi:
We give away free SEMA show tickets to our customers who purchases any items over $250.00. You would be attending as a guest of our company while attending this great show which we try to attend as often as possible.

Gulp - and I thought the cover charge for my local live band bar & grill was steep. $250 for a ticket to let you walk around and see a bunch of motorsport goodies?? Uhhhh....thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass. Tickets for the upcoming Eagles concert are cheaper! Hell, I can pay for myself and 5 of my friends to get into the Gold Club and still have enough left over for a lap dance for 250 bucks!
Tom

We place our orders for the SEMA show tickets around Labor Day.
Contrary as to what some forum members have stated concerning this
subject, the general public is not allowed to attend this event. These
tickets which can cost us as high as $45.00 per person; and giving
these tickets away for free to our good customers and allowing them to
attend this event as a guest of our company is not a bad business
practice!
Contrary to what some forum members have stated; we do not commit
highway robbery concerning this practice. I guess that they totally
expect us to give away these tickets for free to them; even though
someone has to actually pay for these expensive tickets.

I was just picking Ron. My apologies if it was percieved as offensive.
I wouldn't expect to get in for free, however...you must admit that having to spend $250 dollars to get a free ticket isn't exactly free. And that is what you stated. If I misinterpreted that, my bad. Which I'm now thinking must be the case since you stated above that the tickets can cost as high as $45/person. I guess that's where my confusion lies. You say the tickets to you are $45, yet if I spend $250 I can get one for free.

Hi:
Since you will be attending as a guest of our company, it only makes
since that you be an actual paying customer of our company, since we
will be giving you a free ticket. NOTE: SEMA does not actually start
mailing out the tickets to us until late September at the earliest.
