This is my first problem yet on my Titan. I'm hearin some kind of rattle squeek from the front end of my truck, but can't place exactly where it's coming from, the front tires or the engine. It doesn't do it all the time, but tends to be more prominent if going down a rough street or such. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, I have the same issue with mine.  I took it into the dealer and they found nothing wrong.  It does get annoying on those rough roads.  Hopefully someone on here will know of a fix.

IT IS ANNOYING!!! I cut the radio off and roll down the windows, and all I hear is that damn squeek bouncing around. Please, I hope somebody out there finds a solution since the dealerships can't, or won't.

Ok, I think I've been able to narrow it down. It is a squeek, and I think it may be a belt. I've noticed while driving, the squeek will start sometime, but when I come to a stop, and put it in park, it still is squeeking. Now I just have to figure out what to do next.

Well as it turned out for me, it wasn't the front end. It ended up being the hanger on my exhaust. With a little hit of WD40, it goes away.

check your tailgate. My 05 and all of them at the dealer have the same defect. The plastic bushing that connects the tailgate to the hinge(bottom left) is loose on 95% of the trucks at the dealer. When you go over large bumps the tailgate jumps causing loud noise. This seems to be a design flaw.

I contacted Nissan North America, and their idea of a engineered fix has to use "double sided tape" to take the slop out. Needless to say that's a poor solution on a $30k truck. So i fixed it myself!!!!!

The noise that I hear is a simular sound of someone picking up a dorm size refrig and shaking it so that the compresor makes noise. Sounds weard but that is what I hear. Its in the front end. Dealer say"can not duplicate problem".

I had several of these problems, try the skid plate and bang around on that. I had to slightly bend one corner of mine. Another issue was when coming to a stop or taking off, I coul hear a pop in the front end, what it ended up being after having it at the dealer 3 times was a mounting bolt in the tranny had backed off and was hitting the frame. Been in good shape for over 30 days now. GOOD LUCK
