I just purchased a 2005 Titan with a build date of 3/05, and I asked
the salesman if the Titans on the lot had the updated rotors and
calipers. Of course he said yes. How can you determine if you have the
new type of rotors?

Anything in March probably doesn't have the fix applied from the factory.  Late March/ early April is when the fix went in place on the line.

Take a look at one of the front rotors.  If the inside surface is thinner than the outside piece, you have the old rotors.  Also, if you have a ton of brake dust, more than likely old set-up.

Mine has a 04/05 built date, there don't seems to alot of brake dust but I will try to measure my disk tommorrow to see if they are even.
