I used to get 500kms to a tank on a really good day with regular oil, now I run with Mobile One full synthetica nd I get between 500 and 600kms (about 310miles to 373 miles)
Engine runs smoother, and cooler when pulling our trailer up the maountains too!
I for one will never go back to regular oil.

I have a 05 4x4 XE KC, the only modification I have done was installed a tornado. I went from southern Indiana to Virginia Beach (over 1600 miles) lots of hills in West Virginia on I64. I averaged 18.5 mpg, and did not hardly drop under 75 mph, I can live with that.

I have a Volant intake and have seen great improvements mpg wise. Before, I just had a K&N drop filter and had decent gains. But with the Volant cold air intake, i get at least 1-2 mpg gains, and that is all city driving with the a/c blasting. So, an air intake will help.

I'm fond of Castrol products myself....but the difference won't be noticable between that and Mobile.
