05-Titan < Hello,  I am experiencing a ticking noise on the front pass. side of truck.  I took it to the dealer and they said it was okay, Please advise if you can help.  to help clarify I have removed the front bud shield.

Someone on here had a clicking sound coming from that direction..finally figured out it was something to do with the seat belt???  ....GL

Well, I try to lock in the pass. seat beat..  Both the service manager & I were schocked, we could not find that damn ticking.  Service lifted the truck & had it for two days, & could not fing anthinyg wrong, and the problem still persits.   Please help.......

The ticking noise may not be the seat or seatbelt.  I have posted this before but can't find my own post.  It may be the air conditioner unit bolts.  There are washers on the bolts and if the bolts aren't tightened well enough you get a small ticking noise...almost sounds like an electrical tick.  Have them check those washers.

As most of us TITAN owners know of your dismay. I had to take the dash down and tighten all of the hardware under it. ALSO, there is a grounding issue with our ignition coils. They will short to ground and make a ticking sound. adding a larger ground wire to the exsisting ground strap on the head on the passangers side will eliminate that tick. My heater motor worked loose and made a ticking sound when it started and when I hit a bump.

 So many noises, and so few patience left. I just gave up on them all.
