I have been a reader for close to a year now and this is my first posting. So I figured that it should be somewhat interesting. Warning... my Titan has not yet been modified!
Here are a few pictures of my Titan in various forms of utility.
Hauling my Supermoto Racebike to the local twisties.....!

Then......
We're going to Disneyland! What a great truck! 16mpg on the 5 south to L.A. with speeds set at a cruizin' 80mpg. (Dont quote me on that please) Cold AC blowing strong keeping the 105 degree weather at bay. Lots of room in the rear for the little "girlies" and their stuff animals and Disney "Princess" balloons. I cant ask for too much more from a truck!

Hello,
No need to put yourself through that type of punishment! Mine is a 4x4 too with the Big Tow package. Maybe that is why I get the decent mpg. But I am still trying for 17mpg. Oneday.....?
I do use the cruise control alot on the highway when on roadtrips. I set it at 75-80 usually. Once I install a bed cover I expect better mileage. Or maybe I should try the "magnet" trick.

Well don't build one to help your mileage. I think any advantage it offers in drag reduction is offset by the added weight. For the past year, I had one that I had built. I just replaced it with a Peragon cover... www.peragon.com I really like it so far. I estimate that my plywood cover prolly weighed close to 100 lbs. (I used 1 1/2 sheets of 3/4 plywood and about 5 p.t. 2X4's) I think I've got a post somewhere on here that details how I put it all together. I enjoyed building the cover and it looked pretty good for about 10 mths, until the vinyl started to look all blotchy...GL and keep on truckin
