I am fairly pleased with it as well. It was $499 + 75 shipping. The most difficult part I encountered on my install was having to modify my Drop-in bed liner. I basically had to use a roto tool to cut away part of the plastic bed liner in order to install the mounting brackets. Other than that, it was fairly straight forward..You do need to take the time to read the instructions and lay out the parts and kinda go through the install steps in your head before makin any mods...as you get into the install it becomes pretty clear how it all comes together.

Thanks for the info...I just ordered one for my truck.  Did you buy the sealer for 30 bucks?
