Does anyone know how to have the axel cover replaced with the new '05 cover?

I went with one of these which holds over a quart more than the stock aluminum cover, also Nissan recommends running 75W-140 synthetic oil when doing the swap, I have been running Amsoil in all of my vehicles for a number of years, Harley, Snowmobiles, 4-Wheelers ETC.
