OK, I got one of those "Easy-Lift" tailgate assist things and a set of Silblade wipers on order from Courtesynissan.com... I wasn't gonna order the wipers cuz I thought they were too expensive..until I priced regular rubber wipers at 2 different auto parts stores.... For less than $10 more I decided to try the 5 yr silicone wipers. Hope they're worth it.

If the weather allows I hope to install the tailgate lift this weekend. I installed the wiper blades this afternoon. They look like a good quality product, I guess time will tell....keep on truckin.

Installed the "EasyLift" torsion bar this past weekend with the help of my dad. There is no way you can install this alone. In fact you really need 3 people, 2 to hold the tailgate and 1 to install the bar. I was a little apprehensive about drilling 2 holes into the sheetmetal of my truck, but I think it turned out pretty good. It works as advertised and is very unobtrusive. You cant see it at all with the tailgate closed and even when its open it is hard to notice unless you are looking for it. I give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5 ...lol
