Well I searched cnn.com for any articles on the Titan...I did find one from '05 that made reference to a Consumer Reports survey that stated "  four Nissan cars -- the Nissan Quest, Armada and Titan and and Infiniti QX56 -- landed on the list of worst for predicted reliability." ...I also found the following on cnn.com autos :

NISSAN TITAN    9.1 CONSUMER RATING

Pros
One of the best drivetrains in its class, smooth-riding suspension, spacious and functional cabin, innovative design features, available stability control and side airbags.

Cons
Limited drivetrain and body style choices, no heavy-duty models, burly exhaust note can get annoying on long drives.

That's ALL the CONS??????  Crap who cares? Limited drive train and body style choices?  Ever go to KBB.COM and try to option a chevy or a ford??? Christ, it's MIND BOGGLING.  Go ahead---try it.   They do that on purpose, so u will pay more for separate options that may be cheaper in an option package.  No Heavy duty???  What do you want?  These are rated to tow 9000 pounds.  Burly exhaust note on long drives?  Driven mine across the USA twice and it didn't bother me.  In fact, if I don't put my foot in it, I can't hear it.

Who are they trying to kid???

As for reliability.....well........
