Made the deal Friday with an out-of-state dealer, local guy wouldnt deal enough.  I got over $5k off MSRP, well under Edmund's TMV price.  Fully loaded LE -- every option!  Only missing 2 accessories -- XM and sliding floor tray (it does have sliding bed divider and extender, floor mats, splash guards, offroad pkg, big tow, side airbags, nav, dvd, sunroof etc).  Wasn't planning to get all that but the deal was too good.   Dealer was great to deal with (completely online) and truck will be here Monday.

I'm replacing my 2004 Dodge Ram Quad Hemi 4x4 Offroad -- just never liked it much.  Got it right when the Titan came out and they were asking $1k over MSRP for Titans, so by waiting I saved $6k+ on the Titan -- so now even if I sell my Ram (7k miles) for $5k less than I paid, I come out ahead!  :)
