I'm buying a titan and have been reading this forum for info. I'd like to get some feedback as far as price, warranty and that paint sealer.

   First, I'm looking at a LE 4x4 with the off road pkg, tow, dvd, and sunroof. Also the bed extender.  The best price I have got was 34,600. And I can get a $1000 rebate. 

  What is a good price for the extended warranty.  And what is the paint sealer? Does it work and how much should I pay?

As far as the warranty, I got the 7/75,000. They quoted us around $1500 and we told them we won't pay more than $1000.  They agreed to the $1000.

The dealer put on this "AutoMate" paint protectant. I don't know the first thing about it.  I have to go back to the dealer every 6 months (for free for the first 3 years) to get it reapplied.

I also think it was well worth $12 ordering a new car buying guide from Consumer Reports...Prolly indirectly saved me over $1000 in my negotiations...see link below
