I have a Titan crewcab and I have purchased a Grote rear Obstacle Detection System.  I would like to know the best way to run the wires from the rear sensor to the control unit which will be located inside the cab.  I would really like to avoid drilling any holes if possible.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Keep us posted on what you find.  This is one option I wish I would have purchased now.

Pretty easy to not have to drill. Follow the cables coming in on the driver side of the engine bay. Just enlarge the rubber boot of the factory wires. Use the same location for wiring up an amp.
