How about the BFG Mud Terrains? They come in 35x12.50 18...I run them on my X and they do well in both on and off road conditions...

i looked at those and i am a die hard bfg man but i cant put 35's on
the truck without jacking it up right? i cant go much bigger than what
i got on there now. the 265/70r/18 but i did find that if i went down
to 60 series tires i could get some response but i want to add to my
sidewall diameter not take away. any further information that
might be thought of please send it this way i am almost at a dead end
here.

My Titan wears Nitto Terra grappler 305/20-20 mudders. I am happy with them and they ride like OEM tire with added lateral stability due to increased thread width. www.usantonio.com/titan4x4link.htm

how do they handle in the mud and sand they dont look all that
aggressive. i hunt alot so i am in the woods as much as i can be
and i have to cross streams and sand and mud it doesnt seem that those
tires would go through anything too heavy.

Check out Nitto site. My website photos do not show the aggressive nature of the tires. www.nittotire.com/lifestyle_offroad_360.asp These tires are the top choice of the Hummer upgrades. Not cheap but good looking with deep grooves. Right Click and drag on the 360 degree and 3D views then tell me that it isn't impressive. They GRIP!!!

Nittos are getting quite a rep as being quite the tire to have right
now. I am looking at them and I have hated Nitto but these look really
good-form and function.

If you want to use your OEM 18x8 inch rims, a 285/60-18 tire has a rolling diameter of appx 32 in. w/c is pretty close to OEM 33. But personally, they are too narrow for my taste. My set (305/50-20) which uses a 20x9 in rims does not rub any vehicle part at all and my height is stock so this size is safe for you. I purchased my set (with 20x9 rims) mounted and balanced from www.tires.com for $2100 delivered. HOWEVER, having said all that, IF you intend to raise your vehicle at least 2/3, and use your OEM 18 inch rims, the 325/65-18 looks meatier with a diameter of 32.99 and will clear all fenders if Titan is lifted.. Check their site www.nittotire.com/tires_terragrappler.asp then click on the tire specs. Stay close to 33 inch diameter so as not to screw up your speedometer. PEACE
