Can anyone advise? I was taking a closer look at the 04s because of the price, of course, but I was wondering if the 05s offered any amenities or improvements over the 04s.

Would any things like the brake warp/shimmy issue not occur in the 05?

I did search, but it appears this topic hasn't been convered specifically?

Thanks!

I only have my 05 for less then a month, and I got about 1400 miles on it.  it runs great so far, getting about 15 mpg.  The only problem I have so far is the fuel gauge always stays on full tank mark and the dealer have to order the parts to fix it which never came.  I guess I haven't own it long enough to tell if there is any other problems.  Couple things I really like my 05 is the powered back window and the tailgate assist.   great feature if you do a lot of loading/unloading...

Just bought my 2005 SE. I only have 465 miles on it so far. Did a lot of research. I too was looking at 2004's beacuse of the price. I shopped long enough and found a deal to get a 2005 for the price of a 2004. You will be glad you went for the 2005 in the long run. Nissan has made a lot of improvements in one year. Do your homework, but get the 2005.
