I went ahead and got the "Undercover" tonneau cover for my Titan. This cover is perfect. It weighs 58 lbs and comes off in two minutes and hangs on the garage wall. The design is well thought-out. I paid $700.00 installed. I went ahead and posted pictures of it on this site under my name in the photo gallery.

Yes I have the utility track system. I removed the two side rails so I could have the tonneau cover installed. The manufacture is making a modification bracket so the cover will work with the track system in place. It's slated to be released in a couple of months. Even still....if the cover is in place I'm really not using the track system anyway....if I need to use the track system I simply remove the cover (2 minutes) and put 8 T40 screws back in (4 minutes). Not a big deal in the mean time.
