I am looking to purchase a Nissan titan.
I've read from MSN Carpoint (autos.msn.com) that the invoice for the
Crew LE 4x4 was 31K. After visiting a few dealerships in the area
(Charlotte NC) I found sticker prices for a 2k5 at 37K, guy wasnt
budging. It turns out that this model had the side-impact air bags
which is an option priced at 1800$. So I left that guy and found a 2k4
model LE with no options for 35K. This is the one i want.
So what i ask is what is considered a fair price for these trucks.
2004 Titan Crew LE 4x4 Invoice (autos.msn.com)= $31,000 Sticker = $35,000
I had planning on offering the guy 33K for it, but not sure how it will play out.
Any info is helpful.

I purchased my truck for $600 under invoice, so my advice to you is make an offer under the invoice price and go from there.

The bottom line is that they're expensive but worth every penny. You get what you pay for.

These guys are right, don't pay a cent above invoice! I bet whatever
the salesperson gets above invoice is free money to him and his manager.

I bought my 2005 CC LE for 30900. Don't be afraid to haggle the price. Get a quote from a dealership and take it to anothe one. Show it to them and tell them to beat it. I went to 4 dealerships before I got what I wanted.
Don't forget to ask if they have any demos. The Service Mgr was driving mine when I bought it. Only had 1560 miles on it.

You should be able to purchase an '04 Titan at or below invoice price. If it was a demo, then you should be able to walk away with this truck a couple thousand dollars under invoice.
I bought my Titan from John Sisson Nissan in Washington, PA about one year ago and paid $1,000 over invoice but I got a hood protector and all-season rubber floor mats free of charge (about $175). Plus, I didn't purchase from dealer stock. The truck had to be ordered from the assembly plant in Canton, MS. It took six weeks to arrive.
Generally speaking, Titans sell for about $1,000 over invoice. That is what they were selling for last year and that's what I imagine they are selling for this year. Unless a Titan is a demo and/or an '04 model, anyone who tells you that they bought one under invoice is a liar.

I used my sams club membership and got an 05 LE CC with big tow and extendabed for 29,200 2 weeks ago.

Wow someone is on the bitter bus. I paid under invoice (and I'm not lying) for a brand new 2005 SE Crew Cab with SE Popular Package, and the Tow package. I paid $29,100, so you tell me if that's under invoice or not.. :)
