My tailgate rail caps have been scared all up when I took my atv on my truck and forgot to bring the ramp. We improvised using a bunch steel tubes which scared my tailgate cap pretty bad. I know its a truck and it would eventually happen. I just want to know that I can replace it whenever I want. Prolly wont but at least I know. It would be ok if it was the tailgate liner but the scars are very noticeable especially because I drive with the tailgate down with the extender for aerodynamics and it screws up the new truck look. Anyone ever have the cap replaced or is there an aftermarket for it. I like diamonds aluminum caps but I don't think they make it for the Titan. I think it would look good though. It would match the chrome.
