I have seen a lot of posts on here about Titan brake judder.Welcome to
the world of full size vehicles. My friends have chevys, fords, dodges and
so on and they have problems with brake judder also. The biggest problem
is the way most people drive. You are trying to stop 6400 lbs from 80
mph in 50 feet off the exit ramp. This makes a lot of heat.Heat warps
rotors. There are softer countermeasure pads for the Titan. They generate
less heat.To me this is an annoyance not a problem with the design or
the construction of the vehicle.I love my truck and would'nt part with
it for such a common problem on any make.Just my thoughts.I am new here
so go ahead and hammer me.

The rotors do seem a bit thin. The replacement rotors as part of
the TSB are a bit thicker. Seems with the new rotors, pads,
bolts, etc. the warping has been eliminated. I did not get the
judder until I hit 19,000 miles. The Tahoe I traded in for the
Titan was much, much worse. I agree, it's not worth getting rid of the truck.
