Does anyone think that Titan will join the big boys: Silverado SS, Lightning, and the SRT-10.  Seems to me that Nissan has a good base motor to do something.

I believe there is a NISMO version of the Titan in the works!

Keep checking on the NISMO website for a possible reveal!!!!

I test drove the silverado ss. Nissan already makes a truck that will out perform it. It's in my driveway, yours too. As for the lightning. That superchage squelling piece of crap car shaped like a truck. If it wasn't faster it would have no cashae at all.   Srt 10? Well, there does have to be limit doesn't there. Honestly though would you want everyone to know you spent 50k on a truck to go fast. A dodge at that. Thats what they make sports cars for.

[Not me bro, I think it's  fruitloops at 45k$

I'm blue collar .The truck is the same. I'm Pleased at the attension it brings cause it looks new. Real deal is, I own it because it is the best
TRUCK I could find. My freinds look at me as more sucessful because I own it. That's crap. Fact is I could roll an sr.  And I could handel the laughs. But it couldn't. What I mean is, It's a statement more than a truck. Stuff like that I keep away from work. I'm a worker and my respect in my self is found through my peirs. The truck out works all it's peirs, as do I.  That's why I dig it!

If I seem over the top. It's because of your first line: ss junk. That to me would mean. My titan would come in between junk & nice.

Ya there's some teething going on. I can change some calipers.  I can't turn pig iron into aluminum though. & I've never seen the inside of a trans. No way I could throw a 5th cog in it.

The Dodge Ram SRT-10 is a great performer due in large part to its 505 hp Viper mill and Tremec six speed, but it is one ugly-looking rig. Sorry, but low profile Pirellis on 22' rims for a pickup truck looks dumb. I think all Dodge Ram regular cab pickups look out of proportion, especially this one. It must be the shorter wheelbase and the enormous grille that distort its looks. The dummy, i.e., nonfunctional, scoops and spoilers don't enhance the image either. This truck won't last long, but the Titan will.

the titan weighs far less than the big three trucks, and has a weight more comparable to the toyota tundra.  this results in much more potential due to newton's first law (or is it the 2nd law?  whatever).  f=m*a, and with less m, a will be much greater with the same f.

i'd love to see nissan throw a supercharger on this truck (push hp up to 400 - 450), and raise the red line like 500 rpm.  then, lower it a few inches, put on 20 - 22" racing rims.

wow, that truck will sell real nice.

If you really want sportscar performance why not buy a sportscar?? 52K is ZO6 Vette money or a 3.6 Turbo 996 used.

The Lightnings are real cool at the track because with little work you can turn mid 11's. I know this new Dodge truck has big hp numbers but have not seen any yet at a track. But that's at the track.. I'm looking for my truck to do a lot more things than turn quick times@1/4

Our TITANS have a great balance of truck capabilities-sportiness-style etc. etc.  More so than anything else in the market. In time plenty of performance stuff will be out.  Will there be a Stillen TITAN?
