Was loading a keg into the bed of the truck when my buddy noticied an issue with my taligate. Of course he is a dodge ram owner, so he loved pointing it out to me. The black piece that encases the handle and lock is actually coming off of the tailgate. Its half way off and may fall of if I go over a big pothole. What the hell is going on? Guess back to the dealer, anyone else had this happen?

Took it in today and the service lady just had the parts guy come out and look at it. Then I followed him inside, he pulled up the part he was going to order and everything was cool.  Then he turns the screen so I can see it and says so are you paying now or when it comes in! I just laughed at him and he didnt get the joke quite yet. Then I told him that the truck is 4 months old what does he think. He got the point and went to service to get some paperwork or something. WHat was this guy thinking? Pay for it? Umm No Thanks.

Took mine in the other day for a normal oil change etc.  I had purchased the OEM seat covers online and asked them  to put them on also.  I knew I would be charged an hour labor, but when I went to pay the cashier she told me a ridiculous amount. I looked at my invoice and they charged me $150.00 for the cover install.  I said WHAT! They got the service advisor and the bill was less than $40.00..

Now days, you almost have to carry your own Vasiline...

When I bought my SE the salesman told me that the mfg would be mailing me a customer satisfaction survey and that if I would make sure to bring that survey in to the dealership they would fill my Titan up with gas. He even made a big deal about the price of gas and mentioned that a tank full would be about a $50 savings. As it so happened, I was about dead empty when I got the survey, so I promptly drove to the dealership with the survey in hand. (with the exception of a very flattering comment on their service and proffesionalism, I left the rest blank cuz I figured they wanted to fill it in as "exceptional")

Well my salesman was "busy" so he asked another guy to "go get this fella some gas". When he returned I asked him how many gallons it took cuz I wanted to figure my gas milage. He informed me that they didnt fill up the tanks anymore and that they were only allowed to pump $20 worth since last month. Well I had only had the truck 2 weeks, and the month hadnt changed! I fussed with him briefly and told him that I would talk to my salesman about it later, cuz I needed to get to work. I never went back and fussed and I know that is what they were betting on. But what they dont realize is how much damage that did. They took a positive car buying experience and turned it around with one lie. I doubt I will let them do any of the service work on this truck now...Sorry Lander's Nissan
