I use my truck mostly for work, and just purchased the tool box and
overhead rack. These are great accessories, but Nissan fails to
inform the buyer that in order to use them in the utili-track at the
same time another part must be purchased, the Siliding Tool Box Mount
Kit, part #999T2-WQ110. I have called several dealerships in
Northern California and searched the Internet, but no one seems to
carry this part. I called the Nissan Consumer line, and they
didn't know about the part either, and have not called me back with any
follow up, as promised. Has anyone been able to install the tool
box and overhead rack at the same time in their truck? If so, did
you use the Nissan part? Where did you get it? If you
didn't use the Nissan part, what did you do to make it work?

I spoke with someone at Nissan's Consumer hotline, and was informed
that the part number is being restricted, and it is not available for
dealerships to order. Of course, this means that we now have an
overhead rack that will be collecting dust until/if they decide to
actually make the part available.
