What truck caps do you have on your Titan?  How much did you pay?  Are you happy with it?

I ordered a A.R.E. "Z" Series with the option of a drop-down front slider back in the first week of July out of Bremerton, WA.  I am still waiting on delivery which is now scheduled for the end of this month.  I was told orignally the mold would be completed in late July but obviously there have been some delays.  I am hoping the wait is worth having a good fit the first time.  Anyone take delivery on A.R.E. "Z" series yet?  Photos?

I also bought an A.R.E. "Z" series cap for my LE Crew Cab. I originally ordered it back in March and it was installed in mid July. This is my second A.R.E. cap and I wouldn't order anything but them.......The cap fits just perfect.

I just bought the "RollBak" cover for $780 shipped to my door.  Unfortunately I am still waiting for it to arrive (1 week delivery).  I chose this cover because I had the ARE on my last truck.  It was fantastic, but heavy.  Great weight for snow traction.  It looked fabulous, until I tried to load something big.  I probably only needed to remove the cover a dozen times in two years.  It was a two person job, and a pain in the...  I really liked the cover though.  Great finish, good lock, no flaws, easy to open, strong, perfect styling.

I see a lot of vehicles at my job.  An F-150 came in with this RollBak cover.  I loved it.  It is similar to the Pace Edwards "JackRabbit".  A major difference is the ability to retain your utilitrack system with the RollBak cover.  I also like the fact that the latches are under the cover.  No extra lock to deal with.  After all, that is why the tailgate locks.  I only need one key, and I can access the entire truck.  I must say, the ARE will look better.  I didn't care, the truck sits tall enough, the cover won't really be seen much.  I will be able to retract it and load my bike without taking anything apart though. Hope this long-winded rambling helps.

Just took delivery on my A.R.E.  "Z" series after a 4 month wait.   Very happy with the fit and finish and color match of the Cap.  Cost was around $1,600.00 with drop down front slider window option.  I like the single latch mechinism on this model.  Weight is over 200lbs (per installer) and the canopy insulation also noticably reduces road noise in the cab.  Styling looks like it was always part of the truck.  Warrenty is for as long as you own the cap and they even throw in some touch up paint  too. Needed a minor adjustment to drop the slider properly which the dealer promptly corrected.  A.R.E. web site advertises specials from various dealers once you enter your zip code.

I take delivery of my Z series tomorrow after a 2 and a half month wait.  It came in last week, but the fiberglass on one of the rear corners was to thick, so they sent it back to be corrected.  I also added the keyless entry and ladder racks. The fold down front window was included.   Will post picks when i get it.

OK, finally got my shell.  Overall looks pretty good.  The keyless entry system is a must have.  I will try to post a pic, although it was taken at night.  I will take better ones during the day later this week.

Later all,  Costlydakota
