watch out titan owners the intake on the 2004 titan sucks water and mud into your engine i was playing in the mud and the truck did fine got back on the gravel road and hit a water puddle and it died checked all fluids and they were fine then checked the filter and it was soaking wet and had mud in it the problem was the mass air flow sensor got messed up  so they wouldnt warranty it and now im waiting for parts and out 1100 dollars so watch out and if you have any sign of this take it to the dealership before it messes up

Warranty does not cover water getting into the engine. It covers everything that breaks but not nature causing it to break.

Insurance covers it.  Now my only question is how the heck water got in his intake.  I have been through some pretty damn deep water in my titan, spashing it that is, maybe at the most 1.5 ft.
