I know this is late, but I just did mine last night and wanted everyone to know how to do it if they wanted. There is a screw as you described, but there is another screw once you remove that piece of plastice behind the handle. Then there are two screws that attach the door handle to the door. You will have to pry off the piece of plastic off to get to them. You will then have to pry off the arm rest to get to the rest of the screws. The rest of the job is like most other doors...just pop out the plastic pieces that pop into the holes of the door. (I hate these things, because they always break...I'm going to get me some new ones from the dealer for future). I didn't take the door completely off, because the door handle and lock is attached by cable, which I didn't want to remove. I just tilted the door panel up, used my body and leaned against it to hold it steady while I removed the speaker. I also had a buddy helping me to hold the door to go get tools or other stuff. Hope this helps.
