Can I add on the dvd player even though I have the RF 6 disc radio w/o Navigation? Or are the controls built into a different radio?

I have the same question, I did a little bit of research and I will still ask a dealer about it. I know that the dvd player is hidden in the center armrest, so it has no affect on the stereo. I think it just needs power, connection to speakers and a wire for rear lcd screen ( I am talking about the stock radio)

My dads truck is an LE with the rf system and stock nav and the buttons are different than one without the DVD nav. But we found the dvd player under the front captains chair on the passengers side.

I wonder if you can install original nav unit into this truck??????

Maybe all the wires are pre-run??????
