Just wanted those to know that I changed my pic because I think some people were getting me and Johnboy confused since we both had Barney. Not that I am saying that being confusing is bad, but I sure don't want to relay the wrong info to someone by mistake. Anyway, the new pic is my "son" Kane, a Neopalitan Mastiff. He's a big baby really. Anyway, just an update is all.

Actually i want to change mine but not sure how to do it. I have some pictures on my computer that i can upload somehow. BTW, what is an Avatar?

Yeah, he likes to play with horses too! But don't be sorry,I was wanting to do it anyway. The "Avatar" is just the term generically used for you pic handle. If you have a pic you want to upload, make sure the pic is "saved as" a "jpeg". It makes for faster uploading. Anyway, got to SETTINGS and the "EDIT PROFILE". Scroll down to where you can change your AVATAR and hit UPLOAD AVATAR. It will open up a menu to browse for documents on your computer. Find your pic, click OK, and it will upload your selected pic. Takes about a minute, then your done. I hope that helps some.

Just log on and click Settings, and then Edit Profile, I imagine....An Avater is the little picture you are talking about.

It's the little picture that is under your username. A.K.A. Barney. If you have some pictures on your machine and want to use them as an avatar. I think you can resize them, but not sure how to do that. The pics can be no greater than 100 *100 pixels. If you have a pic that will fit the set size follow these steps to set it up.
1. Click on settings in the upper right hand corner in the web page.
2. Then click edit profile.
3. Scroll down to where you can select an avatar and click.
Upload Avatar (This will open a new screen.)
4. Click Browse (should send you to "my pictures" if you saved them to that folder on your computer)
5. Then double click which ever picture you want to set as your avatar ( if it is too big it will let you know)
6. Then click Update Profile and your done.
I really like avatars. Kinda gives some insight on the person it is assigned to. Hope this helped. If not maybe you can figure it out from my jargon.

I been playing Halflife for 5 years now, the best game (on-line especially) ever. I am a computer geek too!

Actually you were here first, so I stole your pic. Anyway, I usually don't play games on pc...that's why I play on PS2 or XBOX. Not online yet with either of them, since I'm out of city limits and my internet is a slow dial up, with no access to DSL (too far from a hub).
I agree that the new Star Wars KOTOR II looks good, on all consoles. I'm kinda lookin forward to the new Punisher game. But right now I've been playing NCAA Football 2005 on XBOX.
